As Golden City Attorney participated in the following projects:
- "Cosmic Settlement" which resolved approximately 50 water rights and water quality lawsuits in the lower Clear Creek Basin and Standley Lake.
- Withdrawal of Golden from the Denver Metro Waste Water Reclamation District and providing alternate sewage service through the Adolph Coors Sewage Treatment Plant.
- Representing the City of Golden before the Water Quality Control Commission on sewage plant discharge violations and stream classification standards for the lower Clear Creek Basin.
- Preparation of industrial pretreatment requirements for the City of Golden.
- Resolution of the Paradise Hills lawsuit, formation of the Lookout Mountain Water District and transfer of all Golden Beaver Brook water system assets to the Lookout Mountain Water District.
- Negotiating the Agreement for withdrawal of Pleasant View from the City of Golden Water Service.
- Acquisition of many water rights for the City of Golden including ditch company rights.
- Appearance in the Water Court Division 1 in Greeley regarding the Golden Augmentation Plan and the Coors Augmentation Plan.
- Land use litigation cases before the District Court in Golden and the Colorado Court of Appeals, including the successful resolution of Christiansen v. City of Golden and Evans v. City of Golden in the Court of Appeals.
